How is your digital signal protected?

This document outlines the precision with which we handle your strategic information, ensuring clarity, security, and structural permanence in our digital interactions.

Section 01 // Scope

The architectural boundaries of your data privacy.

At Visionworks ApS, we treat data like a technical specimen—it must be catalogued with precision, handled with rigor, and discarded when its strategic utility has been exhausted. This Privacy Policy serves as the structural manual for how we process personal information across our digital atelier, from the first discovery call at our Gråbrødretorv studio to the final asset delivery.

This policy applies to all visual identity clients, digital product partners, and visitors to visionworksaps.com. By engaging with our services, you are transmitting a signal into our environment; we take responsibility for ensuring that signal remains clear, uncompromised, and strictly aligned with the objectives of our collaboration.

How does data enter our precision environment?

A transparent mapping of our design cycle and the corresponding data intake markers.

Discovery Phase

Data is captured through initial inquiry forms, strategy workshops, and stakeholder interviews. We collect identifying signals necessary to scope the brand architecture and align on visual objectives.

Direct Capture

Iterative Refinement

As we develop high-fidelity prototypes, usage data is generated through collaborative testing platforms. This includes feedback logs and interaction metrics required to polish the visual system.

Platform Handoff

Technical Delivery

Final assets and documentation are delivered via secure repositories. Access credentials and recipient identity are verified to ensure IP protection and structural permanence of the delivered brand system.

Secure Transfer
Precision Security Representation
Security Architecture

Every visual signal is encrypted at rest and in transit. Technical precision extends to your protection.

The legal basis for processing signals.

Performance of Contract

Primary basis for processing. Required to fulfill the design services, strategic consultation, and asset delivery agreed upon in our workshops.

Legitimate Interests

We process technical telemetry to refine our digital products and secure our Copenhagen studio's digital infrastructure against interference.

Consent

For non-essential communications or portfolio showcases of our collaboration, we rely on your explicit visual authorization.

Legal Obligations

Mandatory processing for Danish tax compliance (CVR-related filing) and anti-money laundering regulations.

Boundary Note on Third Parties

We do not sell your data to brokers. We transmit signals only to essential service partners: cloud storage providers, project management platforms, and tax authorities. Every partner is vetted for compliance with Danish and EU data protection standards.

Rights Checklist

How can you control your visual footprint?

Under the GDPR and Danish data protection laws, you possess fundamental rights over your technical specimens. We facilitate these requests with neighborly clarity.

Right of Access

Request a full inventory of the data we hold regarding your visual identity and professional signals.

Rectification

If a technical specimen is inaccurate or outdated, we will correct the record within 30 days of notification.

Right to Erasure

The 'right to be forgotten'. We will purge your signals from our active environment once the legal basis expires.

Objection

Halt our processing of your data for specific purposes, such as portfolio marketing or non-essential updates.

To exercise these rights, transmit your request to info@visionworksaps.com.

Data retention and the decay of signals.

We do not retain information indefinitely. Our retention schedule is based on real-world complexity and legal necessity:

  • 01. Project Data: Retained for 5 years after final delivery to support long-term brand scalability and updates.
  • 02. Financial Records: Retained for 5 years in compliance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
  • 03. Inquiry Signals: Retained for 12 months if no collaboration is initiated, after which the specimen is purged.
